Utilities Suppliers
There are several organizations that supply utilities to residents in the Township. Residents are encouraged to contact the utility suppliers directly to make arrangements for connection to their property and for any billing enquiries.
Erie Thames Power
Erie Thames Power provides service to Township residents in parts of Thamesford and Embro. Visit the Erie Thames Power website. Hydro One
Hydro One provides service to residents located in the rural areas of the municipality. Visit the Hydro One website or contact their Customer Communications Centre for billing and service inquiries at 1-888-664-9376 between the hours of 7:30 a.m. and 8:00 p.m. Planning on planting or working near powerlines? If you are experiencing a Hydro One power outage or other hydro emergency, please call 1-800-434-1235 (24 hours).
Enbridge Gas
Enbridge Gas is the natural gas supplier in the Township. Visit the Enbridge Gas website or call their Customer Contact Centre at 1-888-774-3111 (Monday-Friday, 8:00am–6:00pm).

The emergency numbers are available 24 hours a day, 7 days a week.
The County of Oxford provides municipal water and wastewater services to the residents of the Township. For information on external water use restrictions you can Review County By-law No. 4193-2002 which outlines water use restrictions.
